Ramadan Iftar Dinner

The Al-Faisal College Ramadan Iftar Dinner was held on Thursday, 5 March 2026 at The Renaissance (Grand Westella). The event was highly successful and attended by more than 320 guests, including representatives from the diplomatic corps. Diplomatic representation included attendees from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, Pakistan and Türkiye. The evening was also attended by representatives from the NSW Government, local government, faith and religious organisations, multicultural and community groups, academia, NSW Police and a broad range of professional sectors including business, finance, legal, education, medical, construction and building, retail, information technology and media, reflecting the College's strong connections with the broader community and key stakeholders.

Ramadan is a time of reflection, gratitude and generosity, and the tradition of sharing Iftar brings people together in a spirit of unity, friendship and mutual respect. The evening provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships across government, industry, community and faith sectors while promoting interfaith understanding, social cohesion and respectful dialogue between people of different backgrounds.
